  • We will guide you through the return process, which may involve returning the product in its original packaging. Any returns will be subject to our review and approval.

2. Refunds

  • Since our business operates on a COD model, refunds will be processed based on the specific situation of the return.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective.

  • Refunds will only be issued if the product is deemed defective or damaged during shipping, or if there was an error on our part. We do not offer refunds for products based on personal preference or change of mind.

3. Exchange

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may opt for an exchange rather than a refund. We will replace the defective product with a new one, subject to availability.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order. Any defective or damaged product must be returned before an exchange is processed.
